My darling turning 24 years old this year... but alot of pple says that he looked like 30 plus.. :x I think mainly becoz he can mix well with a lot of uncles that's why... Although he might looked matured but he still has a heart of only 18 years old! Haha.. he says one :x But to me I find him more like a 10 years old boy leh.. coz he's very playful & can't sit still one.. will always want to move around.. juz like a big kid to me... But of coz when he is serious, he can really behave like a father to me.
Hmm.. although today is his birthday... but sad to say this year... we can't celebrate his birthday on the actual day because another 6 more hours... he will be on his way back to Msia liao... :( But is okie, we actually pre-arranged a small celebration at Downtown East last sunday! We invited a lot of our friends for a small bbq session and can notice that Dave is really gladful that most of his friends attend this small party.
Last sunday, woke up quite early to packing the foods (Brownies & Jelly) that I have made on sat nite. After that went over to pick up Connie, Est and Darling to IMM Giant to get some of the bbq foods. Spent abt almost 2 hours there. After that head back to my house again... becoz I forget to bring the Roast pork meat that Dave brought out from Msia... blur me... :p Finally, went over to Alexandra to pick up Connie's bf, Ernest before making our way to Downtown East. During our journey, we will chatting happily then suddenly... I realized that I forget to bring Dave's gift along!!! I wonder whether is it I woke up too early that my memory is fading, how come I keep forget this & that... old liao ah... :( But still, we continued our journey to Downtown East coz we are already half way to the place liao...
Finally, reached Downtown East at about 2.30pm.. Realized that it is quite far to walk from the sheltered carpark to the check in point... but one thing for sure... Downtown East really changed alot... can't even recognize it sia.. the last time I went was about 5 years ago :x

At about 6.30pm, most of our friends arrived... and our birthday boy is the chef of the night. So throughout the BBQ session he is the one who helped us to barbeque our food :x Really thanks a lot darling... If not, we won't be able to have so much good & ready food to eat.. keke.. Poor Dave, throughout the night, he only managed to take a few bites from me (No wonder, u are getting thinner & thinner each day... is all my fault for not feeding u fatter)
Don't say I'm a bad gf hoh.. coz I also got help out in the bbq & served the friends.. (See got evidence! :p)
At about 9pm, all of our friends have finally arrived and is time for us to bring out the birthday cake that is specially sponsored by Mark even though Dave has warned him not to bring any cake on that day! (Thanks alot ya.. Is really very nice sia.. Drooling.. )

Finally all of us got to taste the delicious cake... yum yum yum... is really super nice! I wonder whether god is touched by us or find our singing too horrible... Coz immediately after we sang the birthday song & finished eating the cake... Suddenly, there was a heavy downpour... causing everyone of us to quickly packed our stuffs & rushed back to our room... And weird thing is that when we have finally settled down in our room, the rain stopped again... so no choice... some of us have to stay in the room to play xbox while others make their way home...
As for Dave & me, we are sorting out the gift that he received from his friends (Not all the gifts are inside in the pics)

This lovely card is handmade by me... I spent about 2 days to finish it & is really hard to secretly coordinate with everyone who has attended the birthday party to write something on it without letting our main lead know abt it... Haha... But I still made it! *So proud of myself* :p
Wishes from everyone of us including some of them (Jia, My siblings & Valerie) who can't make it to the BBQ. Haha.. Dave was so so so touched after seeing the card :x
Finally, here is the gift that I've bought for Dave... (A Braun Buffel Cardholder). Managed to pass it to him yesterday, I'm glad that he really like this gift (^_^)v
