Thank u all for your concern! :)

Well.. I managed to squeeze out some time to visit a sinseh during my lunch break. There is no "Tui Na" given by the sinseh. In fact, the sinseh told me not to touch my injured knee. Actually, I also don't understand how come I will injure my knee just by sitting down.

From what the sinseh told me that I have poor blood circulation and my heart pulse quite weak that is why I tend to injure very easily. So she suggests me to do more exercise and drink more milk to build up my calcium. Alright, I have to admit I haven't been doing any perspiring exercise for a very long time. So I think Hot Yoga will help me to improve my body.

And because of her words, I decided to go for my hot yoga lesson tmr. Well, I'm actually encouraged by the sinseh even though my knee is quite painful now. Hopefully, the medication that she gave me will heal my knee fast.
