It's a tiring morning, slept at 12 am last night. Really don't feel like waking up this morning... Haha... My whole body is aching again, probably due to the yoga lesson last night.
The yoga lesson is tedious as compared to my previous lessons. Partly because of the instructor. Yesterday, we are given a female ang moh instructor who is a new trainer and quite strict in teaching us. We can't talk in the class and drinking sipping water muz stand up, can't sit down and the resting time is too short as compared to those previous one. And of coz, the standing postures are way too long. Imagined we have to stay still in our required postures (such as tree pose - standing on one leg, half moon - bending our body way to the left or right etc.) for 1 min each. It is really not easy especially having them done in such a warm room (37 Degree Celsius).
Although she might be strict with us, but I find her teaching method somehow really forced me to do better :x She will teach us the correct methods by demonstrating to us. So overall, I find that she still not so bad. But I really hope that she can give us more resting time & drink more water during the lessons :p
One great thing is that I do see improvement on myself each time! Now I can finally sit down & stretch out my straight legs & grab my front toes. In the past, I have to bend my knees in order to touch my toes loh... and my sit & reach fitness test always get the lowest mark! Why yoga is not introduced to Singapore 10 years ago??? But even if there is yoga, I still won't be able to sign up for the course becoz I'm too young for that! :p
