Wah... my whole body is aching especially my legs! That's the problem of getting old & skipping yoga lesson for 1 week! I shall be more diligent from now on... Hmm.. I thought I've always been one? :p
Last night, my yoga lesson is terrific! See myself improving each time. So happy :) However my left knee is still quite weak due to my past injury :( Anyway, I'll be going for another lesson this wkend. I think I really need to exercise more & sweat out all my toxic!
