After a long hiatus, I'm finally back to my exercise regime.
I can really feel the difference in my stamina after working out for 45 mins as compared to my pre-pregnancy day!
I must admit it is not as good as before... I wonder is it becoz I'm approaching 30s or body changes tremendously after giving birth? Maybe both applied.
Whatever reason it is, I must really force myself to work out diligently & that's why I committed in a 1 year package with Contour Express (All women fitness gym similar to Amore but a cheaper version). Plus point is that it is only 5 min driving distance away from my home :)
Can't wait to regain back my pre-pregnancy figure... Still have 5kg to shed :( 加油!加油!加油!
