He has been feeling unwell for the last 2 weeks & don't have much appetite. But for the past few days, he has been eating a lot & slowly gained back his weight :) Feel so relieved...
How dilemma... Last time when he is too chubby we scared he might be overweight but saw him slimmed down a bit we scared that he is not having enough nutrients! Hahaha I believed all parents have the same thought :x
Looking back he has really grown up a lot. He starting to dance & sing along to the song even though he can't pronounce the words but he got the rhythm correct. Started to pick up new words & doing baby signs. He also knows how to feel embarrass & sad when pple reprimand him. Children nowadays seems to understand what we are talking even though they can speak properly. One word "smart"!
Here's a funny thing to share today abt Rui & his grandfather aka my dad. After Rui has finished his dinner, he went to look for my dad who is inside his room watching tv. Hubby told my dad that cannot play too much scared that Rui will vomit since he just had a big bowl of porridge. So Rui trying to get near to my dad & wants to play with him. But my dad told him in a loud voice "Cannot play with u now coz u just finished ur dinner". Then Rui thought that his grandfather scolded him & he got really upset & sat beside him giving a very very sad look. He even pouch his lips to show his unhappiness. My dad spent almost half an hour to cheer up his upset grandson when he noticed he is not interacting with him :x
Finally, Rui smiled back at him after my dad cuddled him. And suddenly Rui planted a sweet kiss on his grandfather's cheek to hint that he has forgiven him. All of us are caught by surprise because he never initiate to give a kiss to anyone unless we told him to. Oh well, that's a very sweet gesture of Rui :)
This is one of the moment that will melt everyone's heart :)
