YS has been drinking partial fm since he was 6th month plus due to my low bm supply. I have been introducing him NAN Pro & he has been taking well until recently he started to reject the milk for the past one month. So I thought that his taste bub might change as many pple did commented that NAN milk has a bit of bitter aftertaste.
So I started to enquire milk sample from many different milk companies to see which one suit him. First came is Enfamil.
Ok, I did followed their instruction on how to switch him to Enfamil. But I realized one thing small tin sample milk is not enough to know whether ur baby has any allergy to the FM.
Anyway to cut short, we realized when we gave him enfamil he seems to finish the whole bottle of his milk so we thought hey maybe this boy prefer enfamil to Nan Pro. So once his Nan Pro finished, we tried to replace his fm with enfamil (normal size tin).
But that whole week after he switch to Enfamil, his stomach has become very gassy, his poo changed colour, he can poo 5 times a day & he even vomitted out his lunch & dinner for the past few days.
After he finished that tin of enfamil, I've decided to switch back to Nan Pro & now he is backed to normal again!
Seriously a small tin of sample is not enough for u to see the allergy symptoms (if any). Really have to trial & error to find the correct FM for the baby.
