Gain muscle... lose fats!

Sis commented I looked slimmer today.  But when I weighed myself still the same old weight! Then she mentioned is the body look leaner meaning not so much flabby fats & arms look toner :x

Ok well I did felt a bit different but the changes still far from what I wanted!  I changed my exercise routine in the gym! Used to attend a lot of different dancing classes, but I don't see any effect in slimming down even though it is  enjoyable!

So for the past 2 weeks I have been attending RPM (Indoor cycling) classes!  U will really sweat it all out and that is what I have been looking for! Sweat & aching thighs!  No pain no gain! Only for 2 weeks, I can already feel the difference :x 

Will keep on continuing to attend RPM for the time being to achieve a toner body :)
