Sighz... Haven't been using Internet for the past 5 days in my house, because there is some problem with my starhub broadband connection. I've been trying to figure it out for the past 5 days, and still the answer I got was Nil. Really don't understand why suddenly it just spoil like tat so "peacefully".
Hmm.. Been calling up the starhub customer care centre a lot of times, hoping that they will help me to solve my problems. Some says maybe my modem is spoilt, some says maybe my PC is spoilt, some says maybe my cable is spoilt... One thing for sure, I don't think the problem lies on my PC because I tried using my laptop to test the broadband also still the same problem. So with this thought, I went down to the Starhub repair centre for maintenance yesterday, hoping my modem will revival again. However, the technician told me that there is nothing wrong with my modem. He even gave me a new splitter to change and I did what he told me. But still the result still the same. I think is really time for me to consider another server providers since my contract has finished for almost 1-1/2 years.
Well, this incident can be both good news & bad news. Good news is that my sister can have more concentration on her studies (who is taking 'N'-Level this week :x) and also give me a new opportunity to consider other server providers. As for the bad news, hmm.. without Internet, it really make me very bored at home that I have nothing to do but to iron piles & moutains of clothes. Not only that, I think Starhub is going to lose a customer soon :p
