Went to see an ENT Specialist this morning regarding the so-called lump inside my throat which has been there for more than a month. Done a scope (putting a micro-camera from the nose all the way down to the throat) to see what's wrong with my throat. Well, I'm still healthy :) However, my doctor concluded that I'm suffering from Globus Syndrome aka Globus Hystericus, which is quite a common disease found in girls of my age today.
In short, global hystericus refers to the sensation of having a lump in the throat when there is nothing there. Well, there are a few causes to this syndrome which are related to psychological problems such as anxiety disorder, stress (I wonder where I get from?) . But, the most common one is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) - Flow of the stomach's contents back up into the esophagus. Happens when the muscle between the esophagus and the stomach (the lower esophageal sphincter) is weak or relaxes when it shouldn't. May cause esophagitis. Also called esophageal reflux or reflux esophagitis.

Well... it is really nothing very serious, so dear friends don't worry for me. Hopefully, I'll recover after my medication. If not (*Touch Wood*), I might need to go for X-Ray for further investigation. But I strongly believe, I will be fine as long as I relax & don't stress myself too much. =)
