Last friday, we have our annual lucky draw session at our factory side. This has been our 2nd year holding this kind of short event. Though our gifts are not as fantastic as those MNCs companies who give away $20K cash or air tickets, but still our workers seems to enjoy it on that day :)
A lot of hampers this year!
In the past, we got a lot of gifts sponsored by our clients & we realized that some of the gifts might be more useful to others that's why we have decided to do a Lucky Draw event in our Factory last year. When we first started out, everyone seems very enthusiastic about it. Everyone will sit or stand at one side waiting for their names to be called. Everyone will joke around & chit-chat. It's more like building up a bonding relationship between the management & the workers.
We even got a very special gift from one of our client last friday...
100 Pieces of Chocolates...
Of course, we shared it out with others! If not, I don't think one will be able to finish one whole box of this large quantiy of chocolate alone! It's really a very "sinful" indulgence that day. But the chocolate indeed tasted very nice! It's all custom-made & have to special order it. How do I know so much? Because after eating that kind of chocolate, our boss decided to order some for our suppliers as well :X
