It's so fun to be busy or rather at least for me.
Been busy planning for the company trip in upcoming May!
Well this time round, our company trip will be held at Resort World Sentosa!
Not sure, if the rooms are available but hopefully I won't disappoint those who are interested to go for this trip. Anyway, I just want to comment that the RWS MICE department service is just not up to my expectation. They are not only slow in response & they can't promise what I requested. Sometimes, I really find their follow-up calls are so redundant. I know most of their rooms are blocked for travel agencies (especially tourists) but what about the locals? We will also be the guests if we confirmed our rooms immediately, but I just told by them that they need 10 working days to check on the rooms availability! For your information, my email was actually sent out in March and until now they still can't confirm with me. Not only that, there are too many questions asked by them which I don't think is necessary.
Feeling quite pissed off with their lousy service, I decided to look for a local travel agency to help me out. At least, the agent promised to give me the answer by today (if not tomorrow). I don't have to wait till 10 freaking days to know whether the rooms are full or not.
Alright, let's just pray that there are rooms available on that date!
